Reputable Swiss real estate developer DHG Properties announced on Thursday that it intends to begin construction on its first project in the United Arab Emirates before the year is out.
According to a press release from the company, its flagship project will be unveiled at Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), one of the city’s most sought-after and up-and-coming neighborhoods.

The business predicted that the project, which will have an avant-garde architectural design, will sell 430 apartments on the off-plan market.
The announcement from DHG Properties comes as the Dubai Land Department reports that the third quarter of 2023 saw yet another boom in the city’s real estate market.
When compared to the same period last year, the city has seen a 40 percent increase in the overall value of transactions totaling AED97.55 billion and a 22 percent increase in the 31,216 transactions that were made in total.
In these three months, Dubai Harbour, Palm Jumeirah, Sobha Hartland, Business Bay, and Dubai Creek Harbour achieved the highest transaction values.
Jumeirah Village Circle, Arjan, Sobha Hartland, Business Bay, and Jumeirah Lake Towers were the areas with the highest overall number of transactions.
