Real Estate in Abu Dhabi: Reem Hills $478 Million Contract
Trojan General Contracting has been given the construction contract for the Reem Hills Phase 1 villas worth AED1.755 billion ($478 million) by Abu Dhabi’s Q Properties.
Trojan will be in charge of building the 218 luxurious homes, each with four to seven bedrooms, and producing 3 million square feet of built-up space.
Reem Hills, a gated enclave on Abu Dhabi’s exclusive Al Reem Island that focuses on exclusivity and well-being, is located in the center of the city.

The contract serves as a testament to our steadfast dedication to the project’s construction schedule, said Majed Odeh, GCEO of Q Holding.
We are quite happy with the substantial advancement made by the Q Properties team in moving this landmark project forward following a rigorous selection process.
Reem Hills is a crucial part of Q Properties’ exclusive development portfolio, which currently includes multiple ongoing residential, commercial, and retail developments.
To meet the soaring demand for real estate developments in the UAE market, the firm is deliberately converting huge, formerly uninhabited areas into vibrant metropolitan communities. The company’s substantial land bank exceeds 30,000,000 square meters.
Mohammed Mahmoud, CEO of Trojan General Contracting, commented on the acquisition of the Abu Dhabi real estate contract, saying: “We are thrilled that Q Holding has placed its trust in us to deliver the Phase 1 villa and be a part of such a prestigious project. This acquisition comes at a time when Abu Dhabi’s housing market has increased, showing significant growth in property prices.
We are delighted to collaborate closely with their team and see that the Reem Hills vision—which, in my opinion, heralds a dynamic new era for community design in the city—is fully realized. The Phase 1 villas will start construction in September 2023.
