DIFC Introduces Its First-Ever Premier Residential Project!
Knight Frank has been Selected as DIFC Living's Only Marketing and Sales Partner.
The debut of DIFC Living, the Dubai International Financial Centre’s first residential product, has been announced. The beginning of flat sales is scheduled on September 20, 2023.
The first residential building in the free zone will include approximately 170 homes in a skyscraper with 41 stories, 24 of which will be apartments. In Q3 2026, the mixed-use project is expected to be finished.
The 186-meter skyscraper, which complies with LEED standards, has loft apartments, one- to three-bedroom residences, and co-working spaces.
A fine dining restaurant situated at “The Crown” of the development is a unique feature of the new skyscraper. The building’s podium level will also house a large number of food and beverage establishments.

For ease of access, the tower will be connected to Gate Avenue.
